Mr. Barrett Brooks, Former NFL player (Eagles, Giants, Steelers) to name a few,  spoke with students at the school on November 1, 2016, to encourage them to be the best person they could possibly be as part of our Red Ribbon Week activities.  This is a picture of him with Mrs. Fernandes, Principal, after he "put a ring on it"! - Super Bowl ring, that is.

Principal's Message

Welcome to Brighton Avenue School where all of our students are Bright Achieving Stars.  It is an honor and privilege to serve you as the Principal of the school.  My role is to lead the teachers as they endeavor to provide a first class education for your children.  Our mission is simple; to provide our children with the tools they will need to be college and career ready.  I look forward to a fantastic school year and to serving the school community as together we move our students to be the best they can possibly be.

ATTENTION PARENT/GUARDIAN

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Our school is participating in a Digital Learning Readiness Report for New Jersey schools. The NJTRAx Digital Learning Readiness Report will be based on the responses of individuals in six different roles within the school community – Student, Parent/Guardian, Teacher, School Administrator, Information Technology Coordinator, and Educational Technology Coordinator. Your student’s class has been asked to participate. We are also asking you to participate as a Parent/Guardian. Your participation is extremely important. If you have any questions, please contact me directly at cbrower@acboe.org.
